消息報告 Announcements
- 今日是新春初二，恭喜新年快樂，願新的一年上帝祝福滿滿。Today is the second day of the new year! We wish you all a Happy New Year and may God bless you richly this upcoming year.
- 教會有英文崇拜在chapel聚集，歡迎參加。We have an English worship service in the chapel, and all are welcome to attend.
- 成人主日學本主日暫停一次。No Christian Education this week.
- 教會有一些舊版的聖詩和聖經放在招待桌上，請有需要的兄姊可自行拿取。The church is giving away old hymnals and Bibles on the reception table. All are free to take whatever is needed.
- 教會查經班自本週三早上10:00在網路聚會，本季將查考「啟示錄」，今後每週三都有聚會，歡迎兄姊參加。Our Bible study has started meeting online this Wednesday morning, studying the Book of Revelation. Brothers and sisters are welcome to participate.
- 禮拜六上午10點G-Coffee event。摩卡壺教學，歡迎大家一起來認識摩卡壺，一起走進多樣的咖啡世界。G-Coffee is this Saturday (2/17) at 10am, learning how to use the moka pot and the diverse world of coffee.
- 下主日有聖餐，請兄姊預備心和主耶穌一起坐席。We will be observing Holy Communion next Sunday (2/18). Brothers and sisters, please prepare your hearts to remember our Lord Jesus Christ.
- 2月10日和17日兩個週六下午1點到5點在教會將舉辦敬拜讚美訓練課程，邀請邱英薰老師主講，歡迎目前隊員和有意學習敬拜讚美的兄弟姊妹一起參加。The P&W workshops will be held at church on February 10th and 17th, taught by Joy Chiu. Current team members and those who are interested are welcome to participate.
- 下主日將召開春季會員大會，會中將報告2023年各部會簡報並審查通過2024年預算，會員名單在公佈欄，如有問題請告知書記邱長老。Our spring congregational meeting will be held next Sunday (2/18), where all departments will present their 2023 reports and the 2024 budget will be reviewed and approved. All departments, please submit your 2023 reports to the secretary before February 11th.
- 完成 2023 一年讀經計劃的弟兄姊妹請向牧師或長老登記領取証書。Brothers and sisters who have completed the 2023 one-year Bible reading plan, please let the pastor or an elder know to receive the certificate.
代禱 Intercession
- 為教會所在的Monterey Park鄰近社區禱告，求神賜福台語堂、英語堂、姊妹團契、年輕夫婦團契、兒童事工（VBS, Sunday School）、G-Coffee Ministry各項事工，開拓福音外展的機會，帶領更多人認識主。Pray for the church’s community in Monterey Park and ask God to bless the ministries of the Taiwanese Ministry, English Ministry, Sisters’ Fellowship, Young Couples’ Fellowship, Children’s Ministry (VBS, Sunday School), and G-Coffee Ministry; that we can open up opportunities for gospel outreach and lead more people to know Christ.
- 為教會宣教事工代禱：巴西原住民宣教、台灣手語教會，求神賜福他們的忠心服事。Pray for the church’s missionary work: Indigenous Brazilian Missions and Taiwanese Sign Language Church, and ask God to bless their faithful service.
- 為年底的美國總統大選禱告，求神興起行公義、好憐憫、存謙卑的心、與神同行的領袖，帶領美國走在神的道路。 Pray for the US presidential election at the end of the year. Ask God to raise up leaders who do justly, love mercy, have a humble heart, and walk with God to lead our country on God’s path.
- 求神醫治陳玉慧、古秀偉、王淑玲、鄧淑貞長老、胡紹禎、藍老師，恢復身體的健康。Ask God to heal Sister Chen, Brother Ku, Brother Wang, Elder Teng, Brother Hu, and Teacher Lan.
